Bryan Hill is a registered massage therapist with over a decade of experience. He collaborates with his guests to help develop realistic therapeutic goals. Bryan helps each person he touches enjoy their optimal physical health possible. Bryan graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2012. His professional focus has been on manual lymphatic drainage and myofascial techniques.
Bryan's training and history includes a broad range of experiences. He was a volunteer firefighter for a few years. He has lead physical fitness classes for specialized populations as well as for general access programs. He has worked in both aquatic and land based environments. His students have ranged in age from toddlers to seniors. He has assisted with yoga teacher training program at the Saltspring Centre of Yoga.
The approach Bryan brings to health and wellness is one of lightness and acceptance. He aims to face challenges directly and build environments that are supportive of wise decision making. He aims to help guests access their body's innate potential for growth, recovery and healing though holistic methods. An integration of conscious and subconscious processes in a healthy environment is keystone to his treatment design.
Bryan maintains his own health with daily practice of mindfulness meditation and yoga asana. As well he pursues more active passions such as weightlifting, motorcycling and travel.
